Guidelines

An agency or Minister may provide information about a notation

1.1

Under section 48, an agency or Minister may, but is not required to, provide information to another person who received the notated information, if that person received the relevant information before Part V commenced on 5 July 1983.2

  1. Under section 47(a), an agency or Minister must provide information about a notation to a record to any person (including another agency or Minister) to whom the agency or Minister discloses the notated information.
  2. Under section 47(a), an agency or Minister must provide information about a notation to a record to any person (including another agency or Minister) to whom the agency or Minister discloses the notated information.
