OVIC publishes updated Guidelines to the Information Privacy Principles
OVIC has published updated Guidelines to the Information Privacy Principles. The updated Guidelines reflect the significant changes that have occurred in the privacy space since 2011, when the guidance was last updated. The Guidelines have also been converted to a digital first publication so they can be easily updated. This will ensure they remain current and relevant.
