Notice of application for temporary public interest determination

On 9 January 2019, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and Department of Health and Human Services applied to the Information Commissioner for a temporary public interest determination. Under s 38(4) of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, the Information Commissioner is required to publish a notice upon receipt of an application. The notice can be accessed here.
