Joanne Kummrow to commence role as Queensland Information Commissioner
Joanne Kummrow, Public Access Deputy Commissioner, completes her appointment at OVIC on 2 April, 2024
The Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner would like to congratulate Joanne Kummrow on her appointment as Queensland Information Commissioner. Joanne will commence her 3-year term as Commissioner from 3 April, 2024.
Ms Kummrow has been an invaluable part of the OVIC team since her appointment as Public Access Deputy Commissioner in May, 2019, during which she has contributed to the delivery some of OVIC’s most important work.
Ms Kummrow’s experience and skills, particularly in administrative law, are an asset to any organisation.
