- In Victoria you have privacy rights when interacting with government organisations which limit what personal information can be collected, how it is used and disclosed. Appointment of Victoria’s first Information Commissioner

Mr Sven Bluemmel has been appointed as the Victorian Information Commissioner. Mr Bluemmel will begin in the new role on 25 September 2017.
