Delegations registers

Our Commissioners are able to delegate certain regulatory functions and powers to OVIC employees under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) (FOI Act) and Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) (PDP Act).

Delegated functions are exercised consistently with any applicable policies.
