Engaging contracted service providers

The Guidelines for outsourcing in the public sector accompany the related checklist and assist Victorian public sector bodies and their contracted service providers to effectively manage the privacy and information security in outsourcing arrangements.

The case studies should be read together with the Guidelines, Checklist and Accompanying Guide which provide more detailed guidance.
