Class B Cemetery Trusts & Committees of Management Roundtable: 2026 PDSP Reporting – An opportunity to ask questions of OVIC

This roundtable is for stakeholders and trust/committee volunteers who have specific questions or queries regarding the upcoming Protective Data Security Plan (PDSP) reporting submission, that are not already answered by OVIC’s 2026 How-To Guide to completing a PDSP for Class B cemetery trusts and Committees of Management.

This roundtable will not be presenting any new or updated content, rather is designed as an open forum to pose specific questions regarding the PDSP to OVIC’s Information Security Unit.

For those stakeholders who have questions regarding applicability of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) to their Trust or Committee, we ask that you direct any queries in the first instance to your portfolio department (Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action or the Department of Health).

The sessions are hosted online via Microsoft Teams webinars with attendance kept small to allow the opportunity to have questions addressed regarding completion and submission of the 2026 PDSP.

Who should attend this session?

Class B Cemetery Trusts and Committees of Management volunteers and stakeholders, including people who have an active role in the trust or committee’s upcoming 2026 PDSP reporting submission.

N.B. For those that register to attend this event, you will receive an automatic email with more information and a link to join the session. When entering the meeting, please use the exact name you registered with, as OVIC reserves the right to not admit those who have not registered for the session.
