Gifts, benefits and hospitality register

This page details all accepted and declined offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality and/or complementary tickets to attend events valued at or over $50, offered to the Information Commissioner, Privacy and Data Protection Deputy Commissioner, Public Access Deputy Commissioner, and any staff member of the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner.

The public register must at a minimum contain the following reportable information:

  • description of the offer,
  • value of the offer,
  • date of the offer,
  • position of the recipient,
  • position and organisation of the person making the offer,
  • whether the offeror is a business associate of the organisation,
  • whether accepted or declined, and
  • reason for accepting (if applicable)
