Gifts, benefits and hospitality register

This page details all accepted and declined offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality and/or complementary tickets to attend events valued at or over $50, offered to the Information Commissioner, Privacy and Data Protection Deputy Commissioner, Public Access Deputy Commissioner, and any staff member of the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner since 1 May 2018.

The public register must at a minimum contain the following reportable information:

• description of the offer,
• value of the offer,
• date of the offer,
• position of the recipient,
• position and organisation of the person making the offer,
• whether the offeror is a business associate of the organisation,
• whether accepted or declined, and
• reason for accepting (if applicable)
