Temporary public interest determination

On 16 January 2019, the Information Commissioner made a temporary public interest determination (TPID), following receipt of an application from the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Health and Human Services. The TPID relates to the secondary use of personal information. The TPID remains in effect until its expiry on 31 March 2019.
