60th Asia Pacific Privacy Authorities forum discusses privacy, regulation, enforcement and more.

The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) hosted the 60th Asia Pacific Privacy Authorities (APPA) forum from 30 November to 1 December 2023. A number of guests and observers attended from around the globe, including from data protection authorities and other international networks. During the two-day forum, members, observers and guests shared and discussed a variety of common privacy issues, regulatory experiences, and enforcement challenges. Attendees also continued to build relationships, enhancing regulatory cooperation in the region.
