Section 59 - Tribunal may reduce or waive charges
Extract of legislation
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) may order an agency or Minister to reduce or waive access charges.3
However, VCAT may only order the charge to be reduced or waived if VCAT does not agree with the agency or Minister’s decision.4 If VCAT confirms the decision, then VCAT cannot order the charge to be reduced or waived.
