Freedom of information review process – Guide for applicants

If you have made a request to an agency under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic), and the agency refuses to provide access to documents in accordance with your request, or refuses to amend personal information it holds about you, then you may apply to the Information Commissioner for an independent review of the agency’s decision. This guide provides an overview of the review process.
