Victorian Privacy Network meeting – 31 October
The Victorian Privacy Network (VPN) is hosting its' next meeting on Thursday 31 October.
The VPN brings together privacy professionals from across Victoria, providing an opportunity to hear from guest speakers, network, and learn from each other’s experiences.
The meeting will feature:
- a presentation on current trends in enquiries to OVIC’s Privacy Guidance team;
- a presentation on enhancing privacy culture in our organisations delivered by Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (SERV);
- a presentation on OVIC’s Datatime investigation and resulting lessons on cyber protection and contracted service provider oversight; and
- a panel discussion on the topic “Is AI compatible with privacy?”.
