Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) guidance on privacy and recordkeeping

In light of the recent data breaches that have impacted many Victorians, there is a concern around public offices holding personal information and what should be done with this information.

Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) have developed some guidance on how to comply with both privacy and recordkeeping obligations to assist anyone who is dealing with sensitive customer data. In this session, Alison McNulty, Senior Manager Standards and Policy, PROV, will talk you through the guidance and answer any questions you may have on how privacy and recordkeeping requirements interact.
